We are currently facing issues with the server which are making all/most services on this server inaccessible either completely or sporadically. We are actively investigating the issue, and may be forced to reboot the server in order to be able to properly administrate it.

Services affected include HTTPD and Webmail access, MySQL, POP/IMAP, SSH and FTP.

During this outage, access to your websites, email, files, databases, will not be possible. We apologize for this inconvenience and we will continue providing updates as soon as possible.

UPDATE - 3:58 PM US Central Time: At this time all guests should be back online sans s1-bucharest.accountservergroup.com. We are continuing to work on bringing services back online for this server, and will update here as soon as possible.

UPDATE - 7:03 pm US Central Time:  During this disruption, a disk drive became corrupted and we were unable to recover myisam and innodb data for s1-bucharest.accountservergroup.com.  However, we have restored myisam and innodb from our most recent backup dated May 15th, 2017 12:01 AM.  At this time, all content is fully restored and all services are now fully functional.

This issue now considered resolved and closed.  We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.  Please don't hesitate to start a live chat if you continue to encounter issues with our service.  We'll be very happy to investigate any problems you are facing.
